Hi! I’m Toby Goodman.
In 1999, I started my career as a freelance drummer/percussionist. I worked on shows in London’s West End, on TV, and toured internationally with artists including Robin Gibb CBE (Bee Gees), Bill Wyman (Rolling Stones), Melanie C (Spice Girls), Mick Hucknall (Simply Red), Paul Carrack, and Beverley Knight…
With fatherhood on the horizon in 2011, I started my own business.
I co-founded a global live music agency providing bespoke performances for high-end private and corporate clients.
Managing freelancers and supplier relationships taught me how to match the right talent to the right space consistently. We were chosen by some of the most demanding clients in the UK, Dubai, France, Italy, India, and beyond.
When the pandemic paused live events, we closed the business, and I focused on communication strategy and podcasting for business.
I worked exclusively with US clients, including executive coaches, oncologists, and even former NASA astronauts, helping them refine their messages and grow their reach.
In 2022, I wrote Narrow Podcasting, a best-selling book about using podcasting to scale a business.
Once the travel and music bans were lifted, I continued playing music freelance and running my consulting business.
